Terms of Service

Effective date: August 30, 2026

These terms apply to the Salad Tracker Chrome extension and optional account services. By using Salad Tracker, you agree to use it lawfully and keep your account credentials secure.

Free service

The local dashboard, machine views, aliases, and local history are provided without a Salad Tracker account. Free history is stored in the browser where it was collected.

Pro subscription

Salad Tracker Pro costs $15 per month. Pro features include longer history, optional cloud sync, the hosted read-only dashboard, cross-PC machine names, monitoring, and email alerts. Pro features are provided only while the subscription is active and the required cloud or monitoring consent remains enabled. Hosted dashboard values depend on the most recent successful extension collection and may be stale when the collector is unavailable.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can manage payment details or cancel renewal through Manage billing in the extension. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access generally continues through the already-paid period. For billing questions or refund requests, contact saladtracker@gmail.com. Refunds are handled as required by applicable law and the payment provider’s policies.

Windows monitor

The optional monitor is an unsigned Windows x64 test build for NVIDIA rigs. You are responsible for downloading it from the official Salad Tracker site, reviewing the included instructions, keeping Windows and the NVIDIA driver current, and stopping/removing it when you no longer want telemetry uploaded. It is not a replacement for your system security tools.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining access to the Salad account and Chrome profile used with the extension, and for confirming that your use of Salad Tracker complies with Salad’s terms. Do not share your Tracker password or use the service to access another person’s data without permission.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We will not intentionally use the extension to collect Salad passwords, cookies, or Gmail mailbox data. We may update these terms when material changes are made; the effective date above will be updated when we do.
